Fruit Smoothies

All you need is a blender, fruit, and fruit juice.
Mix and match, and for better texture and temperature, throw in some frozen fruit.
Each of the following recipes serves 2. For one serving, half the amounts.

Peanut Butter Berry

1 cup milk
2 cups frozen blueberries
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
1 banana

Strawberry Banana Oatmeal

1 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup milk

1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon honey
1 banana

Tropical Green Goddess

2 handfuls spinach
1 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup orange juice
1 banana

Chocolate Banana Almond

2 bananas, sliced and frozen
1 cup milk
1/4 cup raw almonds
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon honey
