8 oz. vanilla almond or rice milk
Huge handful of spinach
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana
Put all ingedients in blender and process on high until smooth
2 to 3 ripe avocadoes
3/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup carob powder
Mix all ingredients together in a food processor.
Refrigerate ... Enjoy!
1 bunch broccoli, cut in bite size pieces
1 cup cauliflower, cut in bite size pieces
1 small package frozen peas, thawed
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
1/4 cup silvered almonds
1 tsp. dried dill
1/2-1 cup Veganaise (Grape Seed Oil - purple lid)
Place vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
Mix Veganaise and dill together in a bowl then blend in with vegetables.
Sprinkle almonds on top.
